We are a friendly small-medium sized steel fabrication and erection company, situated in Hove, East Sussex. Neil’s Steels LTD was founded by Neil Dermott [HND Engineering] in 1986, who has been a committed worker to the engineering industry since 1978.

Currently in our 6th year of business, we initially started out as family-run operation to provide design consultation and steel fabrication works. Our continued success is a result of our committed attitude towards customer satisfaction. We have continuously developed in size and resources but also expertise.

Here at Neil’s Steels we are dedicated to providing our customers with a complete solution for all their steel supplies and fabrication requirements. All contracts irrespective of size are given the same attention and commitment from enquiry to completion.
We have developed a close-working relationship with all our builders and other associates over the years, we’re certain that our combined contribution to any of our projects will ensure that the upmost care and precise delivery of our specialist work. With this in mind, we are able to offer a range of services to suit the most demanding and time constrained contractors.

We are very innovative and forward thinking. We endeavour to use the most suitable methods to complete a project, whether it be using the most up-to-date technology or using a traditional method.

We have an in-house Computer Aided Design (CAD) facility with personnel who are fully licensed to use specialist architectural programs such as AceCad’s StruCad and other project management systems to provide the real-time information ensuring your requirements are delivered first time, every time.

Our specialist team of engineers are compliant with health and safety procedures such as CSCS and regular health and safety revision courses, IPAF certificates (mobile elevation platforms and forklifts) and Banksman and appointed persons certificate for the usage of cranes. Additionally Neil Dermott holds industry recognised qualifications for tool making using injection mouldings.
